Build it yourself, build it together, or let us build it: how to choose
Build it yourself, build together or let us build it for you? Here’s how to choose a path that fits your company’s time, skills and need to own the knowledge.

Every company that wants to use AI hits the same fork in the road: do we do this ourselves, or do we bring in help? The honest answer is that it depends, and that's why we offer three paths.
Path 1: You build, we equip.
You get the tools, templates and guidance, and your team does the work. This suits companies with a technical person in-house, a tight budget, or a wish to learn by doing. The trade-off is time: you pay with your own hours.
Path 2: We build together.
We work side by side with your team. We handle the architecture and the tricky parts, and your people learn the solution as it takes shape. This is the sweet spot for most companies, because you end up with a working solution and the skills to keep improving it.
Path 3: We build it for you.
You describe the problem, we deliver the solution. This fits when speed matters, when the project is business-critical, or when your team's time is better spent elsewhere.
How to decide
Ask yourself three questions:
- Who will maintain this in a year?
- How fast do we need results?
- Do we want to own the knowledge, or just the outcome?
If the answers point in different directions, Path 2 is usually right.
There's no wrong choice, only a mismatch between the path and your situation. And you can move between paths as you learn.
